Does GuardRail replace legal counsel?
No. GuardRail produces draft documentation, evidence checklists, and gap analyses to make audit conversations faster. Final legal review remains with your privacy officer or external counsel.
Where is customer data hosted?
Customer data and scan documents are stored in Supabase's Sydney region. We do not transfer customer data outside Australia for storage.
Is self-serve checkout always available?
Stripe-backed checkout is enabled when production billing is configured. When it is not, GuardRail routes buyers through assisted onboarding so pricing is confirmed in writing before commitment.
